Colorful Language
In The Visual Journaler, we use color to express your innermost thoughts, feelings, intuitions, and even body sensations. The meaning of some colors may seem obvious, while others are layered. Discover your unique color language.
Visual Journaling, like a written journal practice, is a way to respond to life's experiences.
The act of putting putting pen/paint/crayon to paper involves using the inner vision to imagine what a feeling, thought, or belief would look like it it were expressed as a color, shape or image.
In doing this work myself, and with clients, I have noticed that this visual language not only reveals how we feel about our experiences or issues in our lives, but as we begin to understand our own language, I have found it also communicates messages.
Learn a bit about The Visual Journaler process in this straight-forward and fun exercise, you will begin to discover the way you associate color with your emotions.
