This course will explore both the growth mindset and its opposite, the fixed mindset. First described by author and psychologist Carol Dweck, both mindsets reflect attitudes and beliefs about how intelligence, skills, or ability are developed. 

But a growth mindset is associated with higher job satisfaction, greater productivity, and better work outcomes—whereas a fixed mindset can prevent you from realizing your potential.
