Program Overview

The Leadership Agility 360' assesses the primary levels of leadership agility (expert, achiever, and catalyst), providing quantitative and qualitative data on the perceptions of the leader’s thinking and behaviors. 

You will ask for feedback from the leader, one or two managers, stakeholders, peer groups, and employees to provide a complete leadership profile.

The leader’s agility is assessed across four primary dimensions: context-setting agility, stakeholder agility, creative agility, and self-leadership agility.

Your program includes:

  • Administration of the LA 360'
  • Access to the LA portal where you can add and monitor raters
  • Full LA report
  • Report debrief with Terri Altschul with either 2 Zoom calls or one month of unlimited asynchronous coaching.
